Hector Reporting on Many Strange Things

Hector here! I know, it isn't Wednesday.

Last night, mom told me to pack lunches for the boys..
Then this morning, we all hopped into the Mastiff Mobile and headed for camp! Mango was eager to get there.

Dexter got nervous since he's never been on a sleep over before and he insisted on riding up front.
Forcing me into a most unfortunate position under the dashboard.

After I got Mango and Dexter all settled in at camp, I asked mom to explain what was going on. Apparently there is about to be a major disruption at the estate and the boys need to go to camp for a few days so that they (especially Mango) don't FREAK OUT!! Hmmm... this sounds intriguing.The first thing I noticed upon my return home was that the recliners had exploded out of the house and onto the front lawn (what will the neighbors think).Well, that wasn't too bad. I went around back to go in via the observation deck, but the usual stairs had been demolished and this mountainous landscape had appeared (Mango would not like this at all).I had to get into the house somehow.

Finally made it inside. Here is what the kitchen looks like.

And the living room and dining room have become wastelands occupied only by strange monster machines.I sought refuge in the study where I could at least enjoy the companionship of the monkey. What's Dexter's bunker doing in here and why are all the beds stacked up?

I volunteered to assist with the excavation to try and get things under control, but this machine is not wheelie friendly.I guess we'll all be dining al fresco for a while given that the dining room table is now on the observation deck. This is almost too much even for a worldly and brave chap such as myself. I need a drink!
