Hector Wheelie here!
Mango and Dexter won photo of the month on DWB! Yowsa, as Mango would say. We are honored.
Today we received some exciting packages in the mail.
Oh, don't worry, the boys got their Spidey and Green toys back again.
So in the box was some kind of fancy pants robot vacuum cleaner which promised to make momma's life a breeze by doing all the cleaning for her.
Naturally, I was on hand to video the historic moment when the robot was put into service. You can watch the exciting movie by clicking here. Grandma and Grandpa were over for the big test run (OK, they were actually just back from taking Momma out to lunch). Thus all the strange exclamations.
Pretty entertaining, I must say, but ultimately, a disappointment.
The original collection basket was tiny.
Even the super sized dust bin started leaving dog hair poops after only collecting this much stuff.
Not to mention that Mango decided to place himself in whatever room the Roomba was cleaning and the poor simple minded robot thought Mango was a wall and got confused about the shape of the room.
I said we had to send it back.
Now you might be saying to yourself, "Hector, I saw two boxes on the table in the first photo."
You would be correct because the iRobot people accidentally sent us two Roombas for the price of one. Momma said, "Hector, we can return the first one since it really isn't worth the price, but then we can keep the other one because it is definitely worth FREE!"
But I told her that would be wrong, so we called the Roomba people and will be sending back BOTH boxes tomorrow. Besides, pushing the vacuum and moving heavy furniture is good exercise for lazy people, right?
Mango won little Minnie-Moo's face in hole contest. Here is his winning picture.
I need to call Minnie right away because I think the contest was about putting your face on something else, but this sure looks like an ACTUAL PHOTO of the big guy. I know I have seen him meditating just like that.
In other news, the temporary fence around the barn came down today.
What do you suppose was the FIRST thing Dexter did?
Can you seen his little bottom on the first landing of the stairs? There he goes.
Where is Dexter?
Enjoying the view.
I think he will be spending a lot of time up there. I am going to wait until the railings are done before I go back up.
Hector Wheelie! Over and out!
P.S. If you haven't visited Suzuki recently, you need to stop by. The guests are arriving for the big wedding and they all look fantastic!
