My first two stories don't have any photos, sorry.
So one of Master's friends came over to visit and when Master opened the front door instead of greeting the visitor like we usually do, Pee-Wee and I made a break for it! It was just such a nice day that it seemed like a good idea. Off we went with Master in hot pursuit, but he was not fast enough and we soon disappeared into the woods.
We ran and ran! It was so exciting! So many things to smell and see! Pee-Wee stayed with me which was nice of him given that the Mango is not as fast as the little guy. The woods eventually gave way to the streets and on we went. We found some most interesting people who were doing constructions and there was a police man directing the traffic who helped us cross the street.
By this time, I think Master might have been worried because he called the dog police and told them that the Mango and Pee-Wee were off on an adventure. I was feeling fatigued from so much running, so I suggested to Pee-Wee that we find a nice patch of grass to watch the constructions and recuperate. I guess the traffic police called the dog police because pretty soon the dog police came and he put leashes on us. Not as if I was going anywhere by then. I had already run almost 2 miles! He called Master who came to get us right away.
I don't usually like to ride in master's truck, but I was so happy to see him that I got right in and home we went. It was so much fun! I wish we could do it every day, but Master said we were bad doggies who shouldn't scare him like that. Oh dear.
Not to mention that the Mango is unaccustomed to all that running about, particularly in the woods and my leggies are quite sore and I am having trouble getting up. I even cried a little last night because I had to go pee pee but I was too sore to really get up. Mean Momma made me stand and I have to say that walking about made me feel better, but I was really hurting this morning.
For my celebrity sighting... Momma and Pee-Wee actually ran into Norwood himself at dog school. Norwood was just there shopping, but Pee-Wee was there for his stupid Attention class which I guess isn't working because he sure didn't pay attention to Master when we took off on our adventure. Momma says that Norwood is just as handsome in person as on his bloggy. I wish I could have been there.
Now that the cooler weather is here I am happy to say that we are able to resume my weekly Running of the Errands. That's right, time to ROTE!
As you can see, I am very excited to be on the road again.
Upon arrival at the dog store, my mission is to guard the Mastiff Mobile.
Some may ask, "Oh Mango, why don't you go in the dog store?" I will tell you why. The place makes me kind of nervous. Too much going on for the Mango. Best to stay snug and safe.
But do please return with great haste!
Ah! The best part of the trip! My car cookie! Go Sox! Nom, nom, nom.
It is important to keep one's head inside during cookie consumption lest some crumbs fall to the ground.
If you do accidentally let your head fall out, a quick jowl swing will catch any wayward bits.
Heading for home...
Ha! Stupid Pee-Wee is mad because he didn't get to go.
I find the mastiff mobile quite comfy and often opt to stay in it for a while even after we are back on the estate.
But eventually I do come in. Today I found myself a bit thirsty so I dipped my head in the water bowl. We have had a big water bowl advancement around here. Now we use these big bowls which I love because I can almost fit my whole face in.
Just looking handsome...

Mango Man! Oh yeah!
P.S. This just in! Norwood's mom totally got her camera and spied on stupid Pee-Wee at Attention school. He is such a fake because he pretends to be all suck up googly eyed at school and then he is insane cracker dog out of school.
