More Athletic Walkies

Did you watch my walkie movie this weekend? Did you see what a good doggie I was walking right in place and gazing up adoringly at Momma? Well, I am supposed to tell you that I only do that when the camera is on and the rest of the time I am still an insane cracker dog pulling monster.

So maybe some DOH could get a clue? Like that everything about me is fascinating and the camera should be rolling all the time.

Hey! Remember that big snow bank I showed you? Well I took the advice of my readers and decided to climb it.

This is great! I would have gone higher, but momma was too chicken to let go of my leash given I am sometimes inclined to selective hearing on walkies and she wasn't going up, no way!

Hold on! How did this get in here? A gratuitous puppy shot of the Relentlessly Self Absorbed (trying to puzzle out how to get past Beautiful Jaws of Doom, oops, I mean Raja, without losing his nards)! I thought he was busy with Mango Minster. Get off the blog already.

Back to MY story.

Further along there is a nice stone wall. No problem.

And thus I continued my walkie.

Dexter done!

P.S. Here is an actual cute puppy photo for the day. As you can see, even as a youngster I was keen to do agilities. Did somebody say "tunnel?"

You were a cute pup. Your brother was cute, too. It's nice of you to let him have some face time here even with Mango Minster going on. And I have sent many friends to see both of you!

Your monkey nickname suits you very well. I can't believe all the jumping and climbing you do on walkies. Moose thinks walkies are for walking and spends his whole time with his snooter glued to the ground like some kind of hound dog! Nice tunnel practice as a pup too!

Nice mountain climbing, Dexter! And pawsome rock climbing too - that's a lovely wall you're balancing on - good job! Love the pupster Mango with Raja - he looks pretty big for a pup! And you look adorable in the tunnel! I am very susceptible to that ol' selective hearing thing too heheh!
Hugs xo

Dear Dexter, I appreciate your posts, but I'm still worried that if my Frankie finds out you've taken over the blog, she'll demand her own. As you know, you two have a lot in common. Seriously now, I wonder how the Mango/Raja shot got in there...

Dexter, you wild child you. Now you have climbed the Matter Horn and walked the Great Wall of China. I just don't know what about you guy. I'm just sayin'.

The TH beat us - we were going to say that Rusty would be very proud of your wallwalking skills. Great tunnel action too. Tell Mom to bring a longer leash so you can be King of the Mountain.

Hi Dexter dude,
You are quite the agile labbie and my mom thinks you are adorable in your bloggie header pic. Glad to see you and RH are doing well! We are trying to get on our "bloggie feet" after a long hiatus, so we will be back to visit often. Well, we're off to look for pics so we can enter MM before the deadline.
Have a great day!

to think all this time we humans thought we needed LEASHES for doggies to heel nicely with us... DUH... CAMERAS are the training tool of choice, obviously. good job at pointing that out Dex!

You have quite the balance and agility. I wonder if Mango would have sunk into that huge pile of snow if he climbed up there.

Hi Dexter,

I like the way you walk! You look SO happy when you are walking, especially when you are doing agility things. I used to enjoy walking on stone walls by the beach, but my mum doesn't let me do that anymore after Cookie almost fell off because I pushed him from the side by accident.

Love,
