Some readers were a bit put off by the ominous food that came in the house for the little rock eater. It is just for Momma and Master to have on hand should he decide to pursue this new indulgence of his again. It is intended to "move things along." Hence the name, "WD Dog." Get it? Like "WD40."
Besides, a couple of rocks is NOTHING. Let's not forget the time when one of Master's tube socks emerged from my large and producing curious objects bottom. That was over a foot long. Beat that! Ha!
I, Mango, had a rather uneventful, but still satisfying day. The sun has returned to Master Chew Sits and with it, the promise of replenishing my depleted vitamin D's by spending as much time as possible baking.
Go away, PeeWee, I am busy.
I obliged the stone scarfer with some zoomies (note, in the shade). Guess he is feeling cured.
And exercised my mentals with some nice stick chewing, albeit in an energy conserving posture.
Momma made this exciting movie showing me engaging in my most favorite activity.
Here is a most deceptive movie. Do not be fooled into thinking that I have become an obedient dog. I felt like coming in anyway. Now I used to turn into a bucking bronco when momma would get the leash out and force me to come in, but that was kind of exhausting so now I humor her. Anyway, she doesn't always really want me inside anyway, but says we are "practicing" and once I go in we go right back out again. Go figure.
[Note from Momma - You can see in this movie how Mango has to kind of collect himself to get up. At almost five years old, he has crested the mid point of his short life span and does experience some stiffness. Getting up clearly requires concentration for him]
That a boy, PeeWee, now you're getting the hang of it. Good times, right?
Mango Man! Oh yeah!
