Good Thoughts Needed

Hey! Remember last week when I had my Caesar? Well we got so many comments and good thoughts and read every one. Sometimes when Momma was feeling scared she went back and read them again and they gave her great comfort and I KNOW that all your thoughts helped me, Mango, to feel better really fast.

So now I am asking you to send your good thoughts to some of my pals and their families who are sad and struggling to make sense of things, OK? It really helps. I put links under their photos for you to click on.

First, beautiful Nala who you might recall was our first runner up in Mango Minster 2009 in the hound group.

She has bad sickies in her leggies that make it hurt when she walks and might need the surgery.

Visit Nala here.

One of my newest friends, Molly, had a very bad Caesar and is in the doggie hospital all hooked up to the IVs and her mom is so scared. I am too. Please get better, little Molly.

Visit Molly here.

There has been trouble over at Butchy's place too. First a bad flood and many of the beautiful Koi who live there got stranded and their mom had to find them and return them to their pond. I thought things were going to be OK, but last night I read that a bad bird tried to eat Koi Agatha and now she is in the hospital fighting for her life.

I don't have a photo of her, but here are some of her pals during happier times.

Visit Koi Agatha here.

And finally, I learned that little Dottie crossed over the Rainbow Bridge. She was such a beautiful girl and she had to put up with dumb old Dozer and Cooper but she maintained her dignity throughout. Dottie was what you call a show off doggie and a real champion and she even recently competed in the seniors division and totally won for sure.

Visit Dottie's family here.

OK, did you visit? It is important because I got some really powerful thoughts from doggies that I didn't even know before, but it is all good.

As for me, other than PeeWee being more annoying than ever, I am right as rain. I will leave you with this disturbing photo of the midget biting my large and not meant to be in a labramouth snooter. More about that in another post.

Mango Man! Oh yeah!

We are heading out now to visit some of your sick pals. Our condolences on the Labramouth issue. Teka does that to me sometimes. I am hoping she will dislocate her little pointy jaw. It stings!

I am shocked however to see the labradork putting his mouth on you. I cannot imagine the amount of cooties he gave you.

We are pumped that you are feeling better RH!
PS: Your Ceasar reminds mom of the time she had one. Due to total dehydration. She never had one again. Maybe you had a BAD case of the thirsties??

We have already visited with Nala and Molly - so sad that they both have to deal with sickies. And we pawed some support for the koi fish at Butchy and Katie's. We sure hope that big one can pull through. We are off to leave our good thoughts for Dottie - we didn't know her but you are so right about feeling better when others support you.

(Dozer's Mum here) Oh dear, dear Mango, I am crying as I write this. I came on line this morning and there were dozens and dozens of notes in my email box from the blog. All these friends of yours stopped by with such lovely thoughts to say they heard about Dottie and wanted to stop by and let me know they were thinking of Dottie. And they all came through your blog! I know you are a very famous blogger (and I think we both know that PeeWee is just riding your coat tails) but I had no idea what you could do! Thank you for letting folks know about Dottie. I am so deeply touched and you made my day.

Lots of Love, Nancy

I was just reading a few of the comments here... the one from Dozer & Coop made me smile. Well, that's not true... I don't really smile, but well anyway I thought it was funny that she said PeeWee is just riding your coat tails. I think that is SO true. He is a royal pain in your relentlessly huge butt and adds very little in the way of entertainment to your blog. YOU are the star Mango.

PeeS. This is just between you & me okay big guy? I'm pretty sure PeeWee could take me down without any trouble.

Hi Mango,

Sigh... it's not really a good time here in DWB eh.. hopefully we will have some good news soon.

We just caught up on all your earlier posts cos our secretary has been slack, real slack. So sorry that we weren't here for you and your mom when you had the seizures. It sounds scary and it must've been terrifying for both you and your mom.

Our dad's old Rottie had seizures, if I am not wrong it started when he was really young (like 2 yrs old). Vet said that it was a neurological thing and put him on medication. Unfortunately, his seizures were really frequent.

Hopefully that's the first and also the last of your seizure... **crosses paws**..

XOXO to you and your mom.

Dear Mango, Dexter and Momma, thank you for the round up of things in our global dog pack. We will light a candle in everyone's honor and express our hopes for health and sympathy on the losses here. Our mom is a great big crybaby and we cannot let her have a panic attack from sadness. So to all those out there who have suffered the loss of their precious family members or who are fighting hard for their lives, we send our love to you all and hope for a better tomorrow. Many many many hugs to you all, and thanks Mango Momma for letting us send good thoughts. xoxoxooxo
