Mango Minster Recap and Thanks

Thank you Asta and friends for this nice special award to the Mango.

WOW! I can't believe its over already. Mango Minster was a huge success and I am already using my large and powerful Mango brain thinking about next year. We had 110 Count Test Ants! I am soooo glad that I didn't have to judge.

First I want to thank every doggie, kittie, hammie, and human who entered, voted, judged, left comments, or just watched from the sidelines. You made it all worthwhile.

To my esteemed judges, Eduardo, Dennis, Lacie, Kylie, Joe, Bolo, Penny, Poppy, and Patches, and, of course, Khyra...

A great job by all judges. The Mango could have never been as impartial as you.

NOTE TO ALL WINNERS: I might not be able to work on your certificates of achievement and prizes for a bit due to the fact the Momma was most disturbed by the state in which I left the dog cave...
She was also less than enthusiastic about this thoughtful gift I bought her. I figured given all the HBO words I have heard lately about the HTMLs this past week she would be overjoyed.
Perhaps since Momma learned to talk computer by scribing 1's and 0's on stone tablets in something called assembly language, she is put off by these "new-fangled" ways of speaking.

Momma wants to thank Asta, Lacie, and Petey's mom's for their assistance with behind the scenes photos and helping her overcome her separation anxiety whilst I was busy with the show.

Here is a list of all winners along with helpful links to their bloggies. Please stop by and congratulate them.

To wind down from the excitement, I indulged in a most yummers meaty bone.
As did Pee-Wee...

Followed by a well deserved bake on my Observation Deck.

So until next year...

Mango Man!
Oh yeah!

P.S. It has come to my attention that some of you were actually wondering where Pee-Wee has been during the past week. Never fear! I assigned him a very important wood carving project to keep his midget brain entertained whilst I was otherwise occupied.

The morning he couldn't wait to show me the finished product.
Not bad for a first effort, but I, Mango helped put some finishing touches on it. I think I will call it "Bad Sporty Dork"

Hi Mango!

You have earned some super sized meaty bones and a vacation in Hawaii! What a tremendous amount of work you did. But it was well worth it since Mango Minster was fabulous!

Oh, about that computer desk. I think it looks fine. What could possibly be wrong with it? It's perfect!

Love and Koobuss Kisses,
Koobie

Cheers and onward to 2010!

We are really hoping your Mom figures it all out and then teaches our Mom all the ins and outs of this stuff.

Looks like woo got a good rest in and had time and energy for a tasty bone.

That's quite the woodworking project woo guys did there.

Once again, great job to Mango and all your helpers for a very fun time.

What a great time! But I think the peewee needs some art lessons. Thank goodness HE wasn't tasked with making the awards!

We had so much fun participating and watching for your daily posts! What a lot of work, thanks so much for doing this. Maybe one day the GIANT SCHNAUZERS won't win all the non-Mango dog shows (hehehehehehehehe did you SEE the Giant "Spirit" at Westminster?) and then Madison'll be a contender ... in the meantime ... she is primping ... MUAHHHHHHHHH ...

It looks like Dexter kept himself occupied while you & your Mom were busy...

Mango!

You are the beast of beasts, man! What a mammoth undertaking Mango Minster was, and you pulled it off with style and pizazz! You deserve more than the recognition you've already received, and I think you also deserve a nice long meditation vacation with your girl, MJ!

Thanks for a blast of a week. We loved competing, cheering our buddies on, meeting new pups, and just basking in the comraderie of the show. WestMinster could take a few pages out of your book, buddy! Just don't let them scoop you up to reconfigure their show for them. We need you back next year!

Tell the labradork we love him & missed him too, but were not afraid for his welfare. We figured he was doing double duty with your mama while she was suffering from M.W.S. (Mango Withdrawal Syndrome)!

Goober love & smooches,
STanley
