Why I'm Busy (with an unexpected photo)

Look, I know I am seriously behind in reading and commenting, but what with our unexpected blogging break, there are more pressing matters at hand right now. To be specific, the big blogville Olympics!

That's right! It is Olympic time and I am busy getting my entries in. You can too! Just click here to read all about it.

I'm even too busy to worry that momma hasn't taken any new photos of me or the pea in about 87 minutes, so I am going to share this one with you. That's my Master harvesting the cherries at our estate.

You know what? He found out that a step ladder makes a super duper scarecrow. Who knew? Maybe next year we'll just put out 8 step ladders and forget all about netting the trees.

Mango man! Oh yeah!

P.S. Momma hit the mark all as read button this morning. Sorry about that. Hopefully now she will have a fresh start and be better able to help me with my reading and commenting.

The Step Ladder KEPT the Birds away??
THAT is amazing. You didn't even have to Dress it up with a plaid Shirt with Patches and Straw hat???

With YOU and Pea in the Olympics... they just got KICKED UP a Major Relentlessly Hug notch.

I think we've all had to hit that "mark all as read" button a time or two. When it starts to be overwhelming or seems like "work" ... it's time for the button!
Do you guys get to eat the cherries?

Dare I not lie - it was me that stole the cherries from the cherry tree :)

Our Mm promised we could be in lots of Olympic events, but she's been too lazy to look for our pictures. Maybe tonight we can bark till she gets busy.

Hmmmm. I shall see if I have time to enter the two "athletes" that live with me. Surely I have some appropriate pictures. Do cherries and mango mix well? Has MacDonald's made a smoothie with that combo yet? They just seem to love putting anything with you, Mango. Ann TBL

Mango Master is either very brave or very feckless in climbing that ladder without an anchor; perhaps the RH could sit on the bottom rung while Mango Master is airborne?

We are so very sorry to hear about Sasha; she was a Grande Dame.

Looking forward to seeing you in the Olympics. Abby may even enter in hole digging.

Step ladders scare me a lot!

Those Olympics look superfun! Momma won't enter me even though there are both counter surfing and destuffing competitions!!!
Say, should master be up on a ladder already?
What does the ladder scare away? Birds? Doggies?

Marjie said...

Yes, but is a ladder a good Scare-Deer? That's what I need, and stooopid Kevin keeps not coming here to scare them away by doing some super-duper hunter things, even though he tells me he's coming in November every time I go to him for some dentisting. It's so not fair!

Those ladders are scary....frankly, I would never climb one....well, maybe if there were a freshly sliced cake at the top??

Now Mango, are there any events in the Pawlympics for your nards? You could certainly enter a bunch of those pix from a couple posts ago where you fell off your bed....

How is Master? He appears to be back in fine form. Now what the heck are ya gonna do with all those cherries?
